Platform overview
The scalable layer behind every country app.
Each mobile app feels dedicated to one country, while the backend, admin tooling, and product architecture stay shared and sustainable.
Shared backend efficiency
One Supabase project, one PostgreSQL database, one schema, and one admin workflow keep operational complexity low. The public site is currently running on a static fallback while backend env is missing or unreachable.
Dedicated country identities
Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya still ship as separate Android apps with their own branding, identifiers, and store listings. 3 active countries are currently visible from the shared backend.
Future-country ready
The next launch mainly needs data, branding, and release assets instead of a new architecture.
SEO without product clutter
The public site can rank and tell the portfolio story, while each mobile app keeps its focused single-country UX.
